Six Metro State students were televised at Metro State Media Center asking the mayoral candidates, Kelly Brough and Mike Johnston for specific solutions to Denver’s problems. The project is the idea of Tom Cosgrove of New Voices Solutions where candidates are given follow up questions to get at specific ways they believe they will tackle issues of public safety, creating affordable housing in Denver, getting unhoused Denverites into stable housing, and additional training and jobs for high schooler graduates in Denver.
