Bulbs on the Way

The container with our 16,000 bulbs is on the way and expected to arrive in Chester, PA, on Monday, October 11. Sounds like our supplier is wisely avoiding the New York harbor. Then they have to get through customs and get on a truck, usually with one stop down the east coast and then to Colorado. The shipping and trucking industries are unpredictable, but our supplier (Peter)is hopeful all will go well. So I'm hoping we can get everything packaged and delivered the week of October 18. I know some people feel that is late, but Peter always tells us we shouldn't be planting bulbs in the heat.

The amaryllis will be later, arriving in Denver the last week in October. Those who ordered amaryllis will get them a little later than your other bulbs.
