League of Women Voters of Denver provides non-partisan voter education, voter registration support, and opportunities for leadership to youth in our community.
Voter education includes civics presentations and mock elections. We support voter registration events at local high schools and colleges. We hope to make the same resources available to civic groups supporting youth.
This work is coordinated through our Youth Council whose members (of all genders) are from high schools, tech/vocations, and colleges. Our goal is for the Youth Council to reflect the diversity of the Denver community.
