Who it’s for: Youth in the Denver area who want leadership experience and to support nonpartisan civic engagement. We will support youth in advocacy, including making introductions to LWVCO task forces, LWVCO legislative action committee, and public officials
What the Council does:
- Plan or support candidate forums / issue education events (nonpartisan)
- Create youth-facing voter info and outreach
- Advise LWV Denver on youth engagement strategies
Expectations: Attend monthly meetings
